Mini Zoo Kuala Krai is the only zoo in Kelantan and today I had the chance to visit it after completing my personal matters in the city of Kuala Krai. I started my journey from Tumpat to Kuala Krai at 7 a.m this morning and the distance from Tumpat to the city of Kuala Krai is around 80 km+.
After finishing my personal affair in the city of Kuala Krai, I took this opportunity to visit the Kelantan Mini Zoo which is quite famous among all Kelantan residents. The ticket price for adults is around 8 to 10 ringgit only, the price is reasonable in my opinion because there are lots of animals in this place.

This Mini Zoo is actually is not small at all and it took me almost 3 hours to explore all the animals in this zoo. Apart from seeing animals, we can also take a walk and enjoy the beautiful and natural scenery of this place which used to be a small forest!

Although I did not see elephants and tigers in this zoo, I could see camels, deer, birds and other animals. If you are a fan of wild animals then this is the only zoo in Kelantan that you should visit if you have free time to do so!
This is the view when you reach the highest peak in this mini zoo! Actually there is also a place to eat on top of the Mini Zoo hill.

This mini zoo has only one single camel and it is indeed the only attraction that brings many visitors to this Mini Zoo!

One of the other attractions of this Mini Zoo is this bird, I’m sure you will be able to see its picture on the internet if you search for images about Mini Zoo Kuala Krai on the Google search engine!

Other animals such as horses and deer are also not less numerous…

When visiting the Zoo, don’t forget to visit this owl and take a clear picture, right?

The animals in the special rooms at the zoo include small animals and parrots.

Don’t forget to also visit this ostrich that is on the upper level of this Mini Zoo bordering the Mini Zoo’s natural park!

There are many more animals that I haven’t shown here yet but you will be able to see them all when you are in this Mini Zoo! Thank you!
